When everyone is eating heaping plates of eggs and bacon, my new plant-based friends are sad because they don’t know any great hearty, hot, sumptuous plant-based breakfast dishes. Fluffy Belgian Waffles, Chorizo (plant-based) tacos, Tofu McMuffin with Plant Cheese, Chilequiles with baked corn tortillas, lots of veggies, and yes, some tofu, and Tropical French Toast with fresh orange, pineapple and coconut will be them envy of your friends. Sample all of these dishes and more. I will be sharing some secret portobello and eggplant ’bacon’ recipes, along with the secret ingredient that makes pancakes, waffles, and baked goods fluffy without eggs. Sharing food with friends makes recipe testing so much fun, and a big, delicious breakfast buffet is even better! $45.00 per person

Advance Payment is required via Pay Pal, recipient juliadunaway@gmail.com or mail a check. When you register, leave your contact email address and I’ll give you the mailing address if you’re using a check.
If you are unable to attend your class you can transfer your spot to someone else, or if you notify me in writing two weeks before the class, I will refund your money or give you credit for a future class.
