I know there are lots of new plant-based burgers, including a ’lab’ created burger that looks like it’s bleeding, but I’m talking about homemade whole food plant based burgers for my class. I don’t have to teach you how to eat a processed food. You can simply buy it and heat it up. My burgers are made from things like beans, rice, potatoes, vegetables, bread, quinoa, nuts, and even tofu. The burgers include a Sweet Potato Chickpea Burger, Black Bean and Corn Southwest Burger, Quinoa Pizza Burger, Nut and Brown Rice Burger, and my personal signature burger, the Black Bean Brown Rice Burger. With some of the new plant based cheeses, plant versions of ’bacon’, sliced onions, pickles, lettuce and tomato, tangy sauces and avocado, these burgers are sure to become your new favorites. In my humble opinion they taste much better than many tasteless, dry or greasy meat burgers I’ve been served. We will also make some fries in the air fryer. We will cook some inside and some outside, just depends, but no matter what, we will have a great time eating all the different burgers. Don’t forget the fries. $45.00 per person

Advance Payment is required via Pay Pal, recipient juliadunaway@gmail.com or mail a check. When you register, leave your contact email address and I’ll give you the mailing address if you’re using a check.
If you are unable to attend your class you can transfer your spot to someone else, or if you notify me in writing two weeks before the class, I will refund your money or give you credit for a future class.
