Event Details

Ever want to impress a date or surprise your significant other with a special dinner?  In this class you will learn how to prepare a four course meal, present it on the plate and set the table and place settings appropriately.  Wine pairings will also be discussed.  For the appetizer we will make a New Orleans sizzling grilled scallop with pancetta served with crostini.  We will make a beautiful fall salad with seasonal vegetables and perfect dressing.  For the entree you will make grilled steak with compound butter and steakhouse style potatoes.  We’ll also make some elegant grilled vegetables to go along with the meal.  I will show you how to make the grill marks and know when your steak is done to the temperature you desire.  For dessert, we will have a simple, but impressive chocolate pots de creme (light pudding).  $70 per person

If you are unable to attend your class you can transfer your spot to someone else, or if you notify me in writing two weeks before the class, I will refund your money or give you credit for a future class.
