Does anyone still get Chinese take-out? The old school Chinese dishes are not so plant strong with their heavy sauces and loads of meats, so why not make our own, lighter but tastier versions. We’ll make Vegetable Lo Mein that is not swimming in oil and sodium, Not So Fried Rice with colorful, finely chopped vegetables that is so much easier to digest, Hot and Sour Soup, and Steamed Vegetables and Tofu, filling and flavorful. Salt and Pepper Braised Mushrooms, meaty and full of texture, go well with fluffy and nutty brown rice. With these dishes in your repertoire you will not be tempted to call for take-out. $45.00 per person

If you are unable to attend your class you can transfer your spot to someone else, or if you notify me in writing two weeks before the class, I will refund your money or give you credit for a futHature class.
