Event Details

Vegetable Lo Mein:  A stir fried noodle dish with plenty of vegetables, wheat noodles and tasty little tofu squares.

Tofoo Young:  A remake of the classic egg foo young, but with tofu and vegetables, baked, not fried.

Orange Tofu:  Delicious oven-roasted tofu with a sweet orange sauce.

The cost of the class is $20.  You will receive a detailed recipe packet via email when you register for the class and you will be able to cook along with me or just watch the class, whatever you prefer.  To pay for the class go to Pay Pal, recipient and I will send you the Zoom link once I receive your payment.  Be sure to let me know the class you’re signing up for and leave your email address so I can send you the recipes. This class will be interactive.

Advance Payment is required via Pay Pal, recipient or mail a check. When you register, leave your contact email address and I’ll give you the mailing address if you’re using a check.
If you are unable to attend your class you can transfer your spot to someone else, or if you notify me in writing two weeks before the class, I will refund your money or give you credit for a future class.
