Comfort food is always one of the most popular classes I teach. Sometimes a good old-fashioned plate of plant-based loaf, potatoes, gravy and broccoli with cheese sauce is the perfect family meal. I would eat this meal for a holiday dinner.
I’ve made some changes to my mashed potatoes and gravy recipes which I can’t wait to share. Red lentil loaf is going to be your new favorite, especially when served with the mashed potatoes, gravy, and broccoli with cheese sauce. Oh, and we will have some chocolate cake for dessert. As always, the food is whole food plant based with no oil.

The cost of the class is $20 and includes the Zoom link with a 90 minute class, recipes and Q & A during the Zoom video.
