Event Details

Learn how to incorporate simple food guidelines from the world’s healthiest people by planning meals for a week and cooking twice.  We will make a breakfast whole grain bowl with toppings,  delicious vegetarian stuffed bell peppers, chickpea and chicken stew and special carrot muffins.

$60 per person

If you are unable to attend your class you can transfer your spot to someone else, or if you notify me in writing two weeks before the class, I will refund your money or give you credit for a future class.
