I love to eat Indian Food and used to have a number of favorites, mostly meat-based curries or cheese-based dishes. Fortunately, I’ve developed new favorites now that I eat a whole foods plant-based diet. Many classic dishes are already plant-based, such as Aloo Gobi, made with potatoes, cauliflower and tumeric, a known healthy spice. Chana Masala, chickpeas cooked in a spicy and tangy tomato based sauce, is simple, yet hearty, and liked by even the pickiest eaters. Rich Vegetables with Almond Curry will surprise you with the unexpected non-dairy creaminess. Coconut Milk Korma, full of fresh vegetables with a nutty and mildly spicy sauce, satisfies my craving for the dishes I ordered long ago. Vegetable Pakora, (spicy batter fried vegetables), Fluffy rice, dairy free Naan bread, some sauces and we’ll feast on our array of delectable Indian dishes. $45.00 per person
