We will focus on the pressure cooker for this class and make fantastic meals and side dishes in minutes, rather than hours. Wouldn’t you love to walk in the door, toss a few ingredients in the Instant Pot and sit down to a delicious meal in less than an hour? This is a game changer for anyone wanting to save money by cooking at home more often rather than eating restaurant food or packaged food. I’ve perfected several recipes for entrees and side dishes. I found the recipes included with the instant pot are not very accurate. Through testing and much trail and error, I’ve figured out how to make the dishes correctly. We will make or sample Amazing Roast Beef, Chicken and Brown rice, Fastest Potatoes, Best Beans Ever (meat optional), Winter Squash that doesn’t require much peeling and cutting, and Apple/Pear/Plum Cobbler which can be used for dessert or breakfast. We’ll sit down and enjoy these dishes together. $60 per person
