Grill it right every time. The last time I taught this class students were pleased to learn specific, foolproof methods for making perfect grilled chicken, steak, and salmon on the grill. This time we will made kabobs, yakitori chicken, a popular street food in Japan, and redfish on the half shell. We will make sauces for each protein and a couple summer side dishes.
