Event Details

Paella is a fabulous dish of aromatic ingredients, traditionally made with meats, seafood, saffron and rice cooked in a large shallow pan.  If cooked properly, the rice has a pleasing texture and toasted rice bottom and the flavors of all the ingredients combine to create a memorable taste experience.  The paella I enjoyed at Jaleo, a Jose Andres restaurant, was unforgettable, and I hope to teach you how to create your own unforgettable paella. We will make a traditional meat and seafood paella and a kale and wild mushroom paella.   Everyone will get involved in creating these two amazing dishes.  We will also snack on some classic tapas while we make our paellas. $70 per person

If you are unable to attend your class you can transfer your spot to someone else, or if you notify me in writing two weeks before the class, I will refund your money or give you credit for a future class.
