Pie Workshop

I am traveling to Smoke Signals, a small, wood fired bakery, in Marshall, North Carolina in February to study the craft of pie making with a renowned pie artisan.  I will share what I learned with you and we’ll make some amazing pies.  Don’t miss this one!
