These desserts and baked goods are so delicious most people wouldn’t realize they are diary and egg free. I’ve made them for events, gifts, and family without saying anything about the fact they are ’plant-based’ and received rave reviews. Apple carrot muffins/cake, packed with fruits and vegetables, banana bread, no bake cookies full of crunchy cereals, fruit and nuts that are perfect to sneak into the movies or take on your travels, dark chocolate covered dried fruit and chocolate bark with my quick temper method for chocolate that results in shiny, hard chocolate at room temperature. You can use the tempered chocolate to dip strawberries too! Chocolate Pots de Creme, a luscious silky pudding, is perfect for your Valentine’s Day dinner. Even if you don’t make a lot of desserts, sampling the desserts we make in class with a friendly group of health-conscious people is a fun way to spend a Sunday afternoon and make a gift for your Valentine. In this hectic, electronic age it’s so easy to find information on how to cook anything on your own but part of the joy of cooking is sharing the food with others in a beautiful, serene location. $45.00 per person
