Whole Food Plant-Based No Oil Recipes

Perfect for summer!  We will use indoor grill pans and an indoor electric grill in this class, however they dishes can be made on outdoor grills as well.

It can be a challenge to grill without oil.  The food either gets charred or has no flavor.  I’ve been working on ways to make grilled vegetables, mushrooms, potatoes and other plant-based foods taste great without using any oil.

Recipes for this class:

Fajitas:  Marinated vegetables and more with homemade salsa and guacamole.  These are the best fajitas I’ve made!

Dinner in a packet:  These foil packets are perfect for camping trips, outdoor grills or in the oven.  I’ll show you how to combine potatoes, vegetables, herbs, and more to create these meals.

Mexican Street Corn:  Grilled corn on the cob with a delectable sauce, cilantro and lime juice.  Wow!

Grilled Burger with Special Sauce:  Not your boring veggie burger, but one that is packed with flavor and can be made on the grill or in the house.

Japanese Style Grilled Vegetables:  I’ll show you some ways to marinate your vegetables for amazing Japanese flavors.
