This is a great way to use those Hatch chiles you stocked up on in August (also available all year around).

The cost of the class is $50 and includes generous samples of all the food, instruction and recipes.  To reserve your spot, pay at pay pal, recipient juliadunaway@gmail.com or via Zelle.  Be sure to include a note with your payment and tell me the class you’re registering for, as well as your email address and phone number so I can send you the address for the class.  We always have water, tea, snacks and plenty of food to sample, so come hungry.  Call or text me at 817-919-7761 if you have any questions.
