Many of you requested a class on meals for people on the go.  I’ve been collecting ideas for months and have some recipes, tips, and meal prep to make this way of eating a little easier.

We will cover:

Easy ways to eat more vegetables

How to use grains and potatoes for quick meals

Quick rice or grain and veggie bowls

10 Minute Tacos/Tostadas

The fastest soup

How to get greens and cruciferous vegetables in your meals

Convenience foods from the grocery store

What to eat at restaurants?

New products and foods

You will receive a detailed recipe packet after purchasing.  Cook along with me or just watch the class, whatever you prefer.
