Sushi Workshop (all levels)

Learn to make sushi rice, maki (rolls), hand roll, and nigiri (finger sushi).  Experienced sushi makers will review basics and then make more advanced preparations including pressed sushi in a box (oshizushi), gunkan nigirizushi (battleship), and caterpillar roll.  $70 per person

If you are unable to attend your class you can transfer your spot to someone else, or if you notify me in writing two weeks before the class, I will refund your money or give you credit for a future class.
