Sushi Workshop

This class will cover levels from beginner to advanced with basic inside out California Roll and spicy tuna roll, nigiri zushi and hand rolls, Gunkan Nigirizushi (Battleship), Oshizushi (Pressed Sushi) with Salmon and cucumber, Caterpillar Roll with Unagi No Kabayaki. Miso soup with tofu, wakame, and scallions will be provided

If you are unable to attend your class you can transfer your spot to someone else, or if you notify me in writing two weeks before the class, I will refund your money or give you credit for a future class.
