Event Details

One of my favorite places to visit is the Texas hill country, particularly Fredericksburg where I’ve enjoyed their locally sourced foods.  We’ll have goat cheese from the hill country prepared with sundried tomatoes and olives, organic lettuce with herb dressing,  mussel potato leek soup, marinated and grilled quail served with green chile polenta and chocolate panna cotta with hill country port soaked fruit.  $70 per person

If you are unable to attend your class you can transfer your spot to someone else, or if you notify me in writing two weeks before the class, I will refund your money or give you credit for a future class.
