Spicy Basil Stir-fry with Thai Basil right from my garden is what I’m talking about! Fresh vegetables, tofu, chili peppers and plenty of that basil infused sauce served with jasmine rice is one of my all time favorites. Then there are those rice paper wrapped spring rolls, a natural plant-based dish, full of crunchy green lettuce, carrots, and soy braised tofu with that really good peanut sauce, of course. Some crispy spring rolls are also on the menu. And how can we have Thai food without Pad Thai, the famous fried rice noodle and vegetable dish. This version much lighter, yet tastier, than the high calorie traditional version. A bowl of Blue Zones inspired salad with mango and coconut curry dressing will provide a little sweetness. $45.00 per person
