Event Details

Say no to boring Thanksgiving side dishes and desserts.  Lets try some new dishes this year.  We will make a very fast citrus butter spatchcocked turkey to eat with our sides. Sides include:  New Orleans style Oyster dressing, satsuma cranberry sauce with campari, green bean-citrus salad with almonds,  maple whiskey gravy, ginger cookie crusted creme fraiche pumpkin pie, and white chocolate raspberry cheesecake.

If you are unable to attend your class you can transfer your spot to someone else, or if you notify me in writing two weeks before the class, I will refund your money or give you credit for a future class.
