Event Details

Although I cooked for my family for over 30 years, when I attended culinary school in my 50’s I learned how to use a knife properly, what equipment I really needed to be more efficient, and all the major cooking techniques, such as sautéing, roasting, grilling, broiling and seasoning.  This is a good basic class for the beginning cook.  We will cook meats, vegetables, and grains.  Light refreshments will be served at the beginning of class.  $60.00 per person.

If you are unable to attend your class you can transfer your spot to someone else, or if you notify me in writing two weeks before the class, I will refund your money or give you credit for a future class.
