Attention to all: When you attend the Zoom class please sign in a few minutes early and familiarize yourself with Zoom. You can join with your video on, but once the class begins, I’ll ask you to turn it off so as not to distract the class. You can turn it back on at the end to show us your dishes, however if you join without video you can’t turn it on at the end, so initially join with video. Everyone will be muted, however my husband will respond to the chat messages so you can communicate in the chat section. At the end I will ask you to turn your video back on to show the dishes you’ve made and you’ll be able to unmute yourself so you can be heard. Thank you for your cooperation. Chef Julia
Please read each of the recipes before class and make sure you have all the ingredients on hand for the recipes you plan to make. You don’t have to make all these recipes during the class. I will be cooking all the recipes marked with the * in the order listed in the blue list above.
