This class really helps me stay focused and gives me accountability. I have lost 45 lbs and reduced my cholesterol, LDL, creatinine, etc. I have gone down at least 2 sizes, sometimes 3, depending on what I’m wearing. I also wouldn’t live without my 90 minutes of exercise each day. Julia is so very supportive, her enormous stash of delicious recipes is so helpful. I’d recommend this to anyone who wants to improve their health and wellbeing. Her support has made all the difference.
