Interested in going plant-based for 2018? Maybe you want to incorporate more plant-based recipes into your rotation of family meals, or just have some ’meatless Monday’ dishes. The comfort foods made in this class are so delicious they taste as good, if not better than, the typical version. Fluffy pancakes made with no dairy products, flautas, shepherd’s pie, world’s best veggie chili, and scrumptious brown rice and black bean burger and cookies for dessert, diary free versions of peanut butter and chocolate chip. My meat-eating husband loves all these dishes and tells me he doesn’t notice the absence of meat or dairy.
