Whole Food Plant-Based No Oil Recipes

Japanese food is always going to be #1 for me.  I love everything about plant-based Japanese food, starting with my miso soup.  I’ll be making sushi rolls with sushi rice and brown rice and other grains, interesting fillings such as sweet potatoes, baked tofu, jackfruit, and alternates to seaweed if you don’t care for nori seaweed. We’ll also make some onigirazu—a sushi sandwich, just for fun!  Plant-based tofu mayo and other sauces will also be taught.  I will also make my favorite miso soup and talk about types of miso.  All recipes are oil-free.

 The cost of the class is $20.  You will receive a detailed recipe packet via email when you register for the class and you will be able to cook along with me or just watch the class, whatever you prefer.  To pay for the class go to Pay Pal, recipient juliadunaway@gmail.com and I will send you the Zoom link once I receive your payment and I will send a recording of the class after it’s held so you can watch it at your convenience.   Be sure to let me know the class you’re signing up for and leave your email address so I can send you the recipes. This class will be interactive.
