Event Details

Traditional Thanksgiving feast with modern touches, and special techniques for getting the results you want every time. Roasted turkey with promegranate glaze, my family’s stuffing, a combination of cornbread and bread with bacon, sausage and herbs, my father’s dark rich holiday gravy, green bean casserole with fresh green beans and homemade sauce, fresh cranberry chutney, and apple crostata, a rustic version of apple pie.

$60 per person

If you are unable to attend your class you can transfer your spot to someone else, or if you notify me in writing two weeks before the class, I will refund your money or give you credit for a future class.
