I get a lot of requests from people about how to grill outside without oil, what to grill, and how to prepare plant-based food for grilling with marinades and seasonings. One of my most popular summer meals is made on the grill, Vegetable and Potato Fajitas with Corn/flour tortillas, beans, rice, and guacamole and grilled corn on the side. I’ve enjoyed carrot dogs too. Of course, I always love Asian flavors so grilled Japanese eggplant and sweet potatoes, shishito peppers and other seasonal vegetables work well too. I serve these on top of rice with baked or grilled marinated tofu or edamame. I will demonstrate how to use your grill without oil, the right level of heat, timing, and other tips I’ve learned through lots of trail and error!  Fruit cobbler is always good as a dessert, using seasonal fruit such as peaches and top it with some type of nice cream (frozen fruit).
