Berry Smoothie (see recipe for ingredients)
Greens, 10 ounces raw mixed power greens or super greens
Black Beans (in the Instant Pot if you have one, otherwise use what you have) 1 pound (or any bean you prefer if you don’t have black beans)
Brown Rice, pasta style. You will need 2 or more cups of brown rice
Master Salad: Choose 4-5 vegetables plus lettuce or spring mix
Tofu: Dry and press some extra firm tofu. Select a tofu recipe you like.
Salad dressing: Soak 1/2 cup cashews
Hummus: Have 2 cups canned or homemade chickpeas ready and the other recipe ingredients.
